How to get your Volunteer Fee back

You can get your Volunteer Fee back in a number of ways.
All volunteers will need 2 Volunteer Points to receive their refund.

Manager = 2 Points
Coach = 1 Point (only 2 coaches per team - manager must sign off)
Board Member = 1 Point
Concession Stand = 1 Point (3 hour shifts)
Field Maintenance = 1 Point (3 hours total)

Complete a Volunteer Refund Form and send it to [email protected] by August 1 of the season year to receive your refund.

Managers/Coaches be advised; you will not receive a volunteer refund if your team has any outstanding equipment or facility keys that need to be returned. Ensure you coordinate dropping off equipment before leaving it at the complex.

Once the requisite Volunteer Points are acquired, the Volunteer Refund Form has been submitted properly, and all equipment/keys have been returned (Managers/Coaches only), your refund check will be available for pick up at the concession stand on the following dates:

Tuesday 6/25: 6-8pm
Friday 6/28: 6-8pm
Monday 7/1: 6-8pm
